Rob and Pam Schabatka

Rob and Pam know Sedona and the Verde Valley very well having been residents for over 20 years. Together, with their assistant, they provide a real estate service that will make your search for a home or land or the marketing and sale of your home a smooth and pleasurable experience.

Rob has a unique advantage in that his knowledge of the area and his vast experience in construction as a licensed General Contractor allows him to understand your needs and match them to available Homes, Land or New Construction.

Pam is focused on the marketing side of the business, with years of real estate marketing and selling experience. She works with Rob and her assistants to ensure that you, the customer, receive the best possible real estate experience.

Sedona

Founded in 1902 and incorporated in 1988, Sedona has experienced an evolution in character. From its rural beginnings through its years as a scenic getaway, a sleepy retirement community and artists’ colony, Sedona has emerged as a major resort destination and tourism center; yet maintains the positive aspects of small town living. What hasn't changed is the areas incredible beauty.

With over four million visitors annually, tourism has evolved as the major industry and largest contributor to the economy. Related services have expanded the economic base and are attracting more and more young families. This in turn has stimulated the business and real estate sector, creating additional employment in the construction industry.

Sedona is located both in Coconino and Yavapi counties and consists of approximately 15 square miles of private property surrounded by National Forest. Some 40% of the private property is located in the unincorporated Village of Oak Creek/Big Park area.

The breathtaking scenery, four delightfully mild seasons, clean air and water and unlimited recreational opportunities continue to attract artist’s, writers, entrepreneurs and retiree’s.

The Verde Valley

The Verde Valley is a magnificent area that has an abundance of breathtaking beauty and historic culture. There are other friendly, fast growing communities surrounding the Sedona area including Clarkdale, Jerome, Cottonwood, Cornville, Rimrock, Camp Verde, Lake Montezuma, and Beaver Creek.
